Ill create that button but I think we need one, universal button for placing animals. IMO we dont need icon for each animal.

The Great Farmer is something else again. By its nature it requires one button for each.
Personally I think it would be great if it could have one button and a popup like spy missions have. Is that not possible?
The only change you need to all your are defines is to get rid of the sea serpent sounds.

Because you only have 50% success chance of putting a cow resource on the plot.

As BG says. The chance of success is shown in the hover over, you only get a message on success. Having better techs increases the chance of success eg domestication of that animal.

This now applies to subduing too doesn't it? At least my new game started tonight seems to reflect that. Once I get better techs for domestication i seem to be able to have a better chance at subdue. 1st part of preh era up to Tribalism my subdue rate was 1 in 10-15. Birds and lynx/jaguar seemed to be the easiest. Bison, horse, onager, camel, and moose seem to be much harder to subdue.

I have not made any changes. As far as I have seen, if you really really want a particular animal you wont subdue one![]()
He's just echoing thoughts I've had too... The game engine doesn't change any but irony plays out strong while playing it and you'd think there's some kind of programming in the structure to make that happen. Like you lose your best units on 99% chance battles etc...Huh???

This is a Civilization simulation after all, not a hunting simulation.
