Sunday's PAX talk (with summary of the info)

Haile Selassie seems a very nice choice of Leader . I like him more than the Ethiopia's leader on BTS . BTW,does someone screenshot the CS screen?

I saw the culture icon in the autocracy 'opener' text block, but couldn't see what was actually written. Anyone else notice that?

No it was too out of focus.

Colombo was in as a merchantile, the player was allied with them

Columbo was was mercantile, okay. I tried to read them all fast.

I guess it was somehow related to the concept of shared bonus you get if a civilization that you're friendly also have Autocracy branch .

Two things to mention that people are omitting

The demo was using Small Scale Interface, which made the unit icons and tech icons (being researched) smaller. This is a default option if you select "auto-resize interface" demending on your resolution.

NOW.

People are forgetting that there is no tradional way of skipping intro, the only way to "avoid" the intro is to modify the ini file to disable the intro, at the moment, it's just a black screen (while the game loads up) which is what happened)

As I mentioned before,

Order: Can purchase GE with faith
Autocracy: Can purchase GG with faith
Freedom: Can purchase GA with faith

Wondering if Greg double checked the answer to:

Is Morgan Sheppard returning (narrator)?

He answered that he thought so but had to make sure.

Also, as a bit of trivia, Haile Selassie is the most modern leader ever featured in any Civilization game - dying five years after De Gaulle, the previous most modern.

He's actually number 2, Mao ruled for two more years than Haile Selassie.

The most modern leader of civ are:

1. Mao (1976)
2. Haile Selassie (1974)
3. Charles de Gaulle (1969)

Hopefully large-scale has the prettyful unit corner XD

The intro had a screen different from the one reported by the mistaken patch recievers, G&K screen. Main menu also had Greek pillars adorning it

Its clear now great! Thought it was but should be able to make it out.
