If you nuke, charles, your country is pwnt beyond recognition. I swear that to you. I'll drop everything everywhere and come for you. While africa may be the most nuclear armed continent on the face of the planet, nukes should not be used there.

I have decided that I am selling a portion of my economy to the open market. I will be selling the rights to 3 IC. You can purchase individual IC, or make a bid for the whole 3. The IC, of course, will be produced from the cities of the UIS, but the money will be shipped to the purchaser every single turn.
Thus, if you have purchased rights to 1 of my IC, you would be recieving a shipment of 1 IC every turn from the UIS. Invading a country may cost you more than a pretty penny, so this is A. a way of strengthening your ties with the UIS, and B. A non-violent way to expand your economy probably cheaper than it would cost you to upgrade your cities to big cities or conquer your neighbor.
Please send bids to me via PM (Or AIM) to purchase a share of the UIS economy. The rights to the share you take will be yours solely, and any selling of said share is the business of the holder and the buyer.
I must put a disclaimer on this, however... If you attack me, and you own a share of my economy... You can kiss that share goodbye, I don't care how much you spent to buy it.
