FUSES is and are continuing to act to destabilize South East Asia and Oceania through expansionism. As of now, they do this unchallenged. That needs to change. With that in mind, the government of Vietnam would like to try and form a defensive alliance, called the South East Asian Coalition (SEAC), in order to counter FUSES' aggressive actions. I ask the Pacific Union and India to join, putting aside differences to help keep FUSES from further expansion in this region, which we all have interests in.
