We do, indeed, recognize EULA. Negotiations as to such have been ongoing, and have, more or less, reached the point where we feel comfortable in doing so. We will now publicly offer a compromise, which is the bare minimum of what we require for peaceful relations to continue.

The Union of Islamic States will gain full control over Turkey, with the exception of the city of Istanbul and some of the surrounding territory, which will be left to the control of the current Turkish government. Therefore, Turkish independence has not been terminated, and our agreement with them holds; moreover, you gain what it is you want: the neutralization of any possible future Turkish threat, as well as the majority of their resource base.

You may take it or leave it, but this is the only compromise that we can offer in our situation.
