I'm surprised the "O-Boats" didn't make it into that compilation but the old-school HMCS Rainbow did...as the Oberons kept going into the late 90's, with one of them in pieces up at the CFAD Dartmouth in the new millennium (RCNAD for you old-timers).

The Chilean navy so far, clearly a force to be reckoned with:

The Almirante class is a version of the RN Daring class destroyers.

They also have Type 23 Duke frigates, Scorpene subs and used to operate Fletcher DDs, Oberon and Balao subs as well. To do.
I included some improvements on the Type 22 Amazon class, over the Brazilian Type 22 frigate, above. I added Fairline's Fletcher and Flower for completeness.
@techumseh I will do my best compile everything, incrementally.

The Colombian navy so far:

The Almirante Padilla class "frigates" are essentially identical to the Malaysian Kasturi class corvettes.

Other than the Pauk corvettes and some Osa IIs, ther rest have long been disabled.
They did use some WW2 US Tacoma frigates into the 70s.

Update: Added Fairline's Fletcher and Flower WW2 boats for completeness, didn't do anything to them. Thanks for the compilations. I've revisited this thread several times for different projects, and I always end up running through the whole length trying to find what's actually been done and what I'm misremembering from Civ3.
