Thanks for the compilations. I've revisited this thread several times for different projects, and I always end up running through the whole length trying to find what's actually been done and what I'm misremembering from Civ3.

Civ3 never did really catch on for me. I bought the game - around it's release day, in fact, and I even it's first expansion pack, "Conquests," - but it's interface, graphics style, and, ESPECIALLY it's clunky, overwrought, and eventless scenario editor, didn't jell with me. I still own the game, but it's been uninstalled on my computer for several years.

Pakistani navy so far:

You can find O.H. Perry and Amazon frigates in Fairline's West and Falkland collections. Otherwise, this is almost complete.
Babur is a Bellona class CL, a dido with just 4 gun turrets traded for more AAA guns. O,C and Battle are single funnel developments of the Tribal class (War emergency "Utility" design).
The Zulfiqar is a Type 053 frigate, but it incorporates some Type 054 features. Fairline's original Fletcher:

@Civinator Thanks. Shipbucket really helps a lot. I will redo all that Soviet stuff with a proper source this time.
Indian navy so far:

(It should be added that during the 1980s India ordered 4 Shishumar (type 206 variant) subs, which are still in service.)
Edit- Not true, these are Type 209/1500 subs, larger and heavier similar to /1400s. Delivery started in 1984
