So, here's every night action in the entire game, at least as far as I can remember, with some stuff to indicate if something happened other than what they thought would happen, what scan results were, what the chances of things and abilities that can work multiple ways were, and some other annotations. I've also indicated whatever ability DaveShack got at the top of the list.
SpoilerNight One :
Night One (DaveShacks Metal: Crusaders Crossbow): CivGeneral scans Red_Spy (Not a Spy) NinjaCow64 attacks SamSniped (75% Chance of Success, Succeeds) Visorslash saps Jarrema (Ineffective, Jarrema isnt cloaked or bleeding) Joecoolyo switches Double A and Takhisis (Gets hit by stickybomb) mgsmuhammad stickybombs Takhisis (Hits Double A) JoanK roleblocks Takhisis (Hits Double A, gets hit by stickybomb) (Ineffective because the Red Spy Disguise Kit cant be roleblocked) taillesskangaru heals Double A (Hits Takhisis), SamSniped, taillesskangaru, and Zack Seon scans Backwards Logic (Not the Sandvich) mythmonster2 steals from Takhisis (Hits Double A, who doesnt have a hat, gets hit by stickybomb but heals due to ability) Mergle Kritzkriegs Takhisis (Hits Double A, gets hit by stickybomb) Earthling Jarates Methos (Not Cloaked) Zack Scans Backwards Logic (Scout) BSmith1068 kills Earthling classical_hero scans Kennigit (175/175) Backwards Logic roleblocks CivCube
mgs and Joecoolyo created some mayhem, but not much else of note happened.
SpoilerNight Two :
Night Two (DaveShacks Metal: Flamethrower): Jarrema copies JoanKs Natascha CivGeneral scans Methos (Not a Spy) Joecoolyo switches Takhisis and SamSniped mythmonster2 steals from Zack (Has No Hat) Mergle Kritzkriegs Takhisis (Hits SamSniped) mgsmuhammad stickybombs Double A Backwards Logic roleblocks robbiecon robbiecon kills Kennigit (Fails, is roleblocked) taillesskangaru heals mythmonster2, Zack, Joecoolyo, and SamSniped (Hits Takhisis) BSmith1068 kills Backwards Logic mechaerik saps Kennigit (Ineffective, Kennigit isnt a class mechaerik can block) RRRaskolnikov attacks mythmonster (Charged, is an insta-kill) Takhisis Tomislavs Himself Seon Scans BSmith1068 (Not the Sandvich) classical_hero scans JoanK (260/300) Visorslash saps Kennigit (Ineffective, Kennigit isnt cloaked)
Props to Backwards for roleblocking robbiecon. Takhsis's ability wasn't bussed because it's not actually targeted, it can only hit him. The following night, he sent in an order saying to just do the ability unless he sent me an order not to do the ability, so he Tomislav'd every night.
SpoilerNight Three :
Night Three (DaveShacks Metal: Batallions Backup): Jarrema roleblocks Takhisis (Ineffective, Takhisis has no Passive Abilities) Optical watches Visorslash (Visorslash is targeted by CivGeneral) CivGeneral Scans Visorslash (Is a SPY) mgsmuhammad stickybombs himself (Is roleblocked by mechaerik) classical_hero kills JoanK robbiecon kills CivCube DaveShack Scans BSmith with the Flamethrower (Is a SPY) Mergle Kritzkriegs Jarrema RRRaskolnikov attacks Double A (Uncharged, does 100 damage) mechaerik saps mgsmuhammad (Is a Demoman, SUCCESS) Takhisis Tomislavs Himself Methos Protects Himself (100% Chance of Success) Skwink protects Takhisis Visorslash saps Jarrema (Ineffective, Jarrema isnt cloaked)
I don't know why DaveShack didn't tell anyone he scanned BSmith as a Spy until classical bussed him. As to mechaerik and mgsmuhammad, we just decided that roleblocks beat almost everything else, so mechaerik didn't take any damage from roleblocking mgsmuhammad.
SpoilerNight Four :
Night Four (DaveShacks Metal: Jarate): DarthNader Cloaks DaveShack Protects Himself and CivGeneral with the Battalions Backup (Hit by Stickybomb, Takes No Damage due to protection) CivGeneral Scans mgsmuhammad (Is Not a Spy) Jarrema copies CivGenerals abilities (Hit by Stickybomb) Optical watches CivGeneral (Hit by Stickybomb, CivGeneral is targeted by DaveShack, Jarrema, mgsmuhammad, Methos, Mergle, mechaerik, SamSniped) Mat93 Bonks himself mgsmuhammad stickybombs CivGeneral classical_hero Scans mgsmuhammad (175/175) Methos Protects CivGeneral (Hit by Stickybomb) (33% Chance of Success, Succeeds) Mergle Kritzkriegs CivGeneral (Hit by Stickybomb) robbiecon kills Mergle BSmith1068 kills Optical mechaerik Saps CivGeneral (Hit by Stickybomb) (Ineffective, CivGeneral isnt a class mechaerik can block) Takhisis Tomislavs Himself SamSniped Protects Himself and CivGeneral (Hit by Stickybomb, Takes No Damage due to protection) RRRaskolnikov Attacks Double A (Uncharged, but does enough damage to kill Double A anyway)
CivGeneral was sure a popular target. Interestingly, of the 7 people hit by mgsmuhammad's stickybombs, 2 were protected and 2 were killed by the mafia and robbiecon. This was the only night to feature 3 dead bodies, which is kind of sad, considering the number of ways for someone to die in this game.
SpoilerNight Five :
Night Five (DaveShacks Metal: Flamethrower): Skwink protects Methos Jarrema Scans Methos (Not a Spy) taillesskangaru heals Methos, Jarrema, mechaerik, and JoanK (Fails, JoanK is dead) CivGeneral Scans Jarrema (Is a Spy) SamSniped Protects Himself and CivGeneral RRRaskolnikov Attacks Jarrema (Uncharged, does 100 damage, which is enough to kill Jarrema) Buddhafish Attacks CivGeneral (Is protected, but dies because of Buddhafishs kill-through-protect ability) DarthNader Cloaks Takhisis Tomislavs Himself mechaerik saps Methos (Is an Engineer, SUCCESS, Methos isnt doing anything, but the timer on his ability resets) electric Heals Methos (Level 3, 40 Health)
tailless sending in an order to heal a dead guy was a little bit funny.
SpoilerNight Six :
Night Six (DaveShacks Metal: Machina) classical_hero scans DaveShack (125/125) DaveShack watches Methos with the Machina (Roleblocked, but nobody targeted Methos anyway) robbiecon kills Buddhafish mechaerik saps DaveShack (Is an Engineer, SUCCESS, DaveShacks Metal is temporarily blocked) Buddhafish attacks Takhisis (Takhisis is unprotected, does 100 damage, reduced to 80 by Tomislav) Takhisis Tomislavs Himself
I don't have much to say about this.
SpoilerNight Seven :
Night Seven (DaveShacks Metal: Blocked by mechaeriks Sapper) taillesskangaru heals Methos, Takhisis, DaveShack, and Mat93 (Is Roleblocked by Mechaerik) Takhisis Tomislavs Himself classical_hero scans Verarde (No result, Verarde cant be targeted) robbiecon attacks Skwink (Currently copying Buddhafishs kill ability, Skwink is unprotected and only takes 100 damage) mechaerik saps taillesskangaru (Is a Medic, SUCCESS) Methos Protects Himself (67% Chance of Success, Fails, but he wasnt attacked anyway) DaveShack Uses the Crusaders Crossbow on Takhisis (Heals Him)
The First of Many times the RED Spies attempted to target Verarde, and the only night the entire game that nobody died.
SpoilerNight Eight :
Night Eight (DaveShacks Metal: Crusaders Crossbow) classical_hero scans electric926 (120/125) robbiecon kills Skwink electric926 heals DarthNader (Level 3, 40 Health) taillesskangaru heals Methos, Takhisis, DaveShack, and Mat93 Methos Protects Himself (33% Chance of Success, Fails, but he wasnt attacked anyway) Autolycus scans SamSniped (SamSniped Targeted Nobody) DaveShack scans classical_hero with the Flamethrower (Is a SPY) mechaerik saps Red_Spy (Is a Medic, SUCCESS, but Red _Spy didnt do anything) Takhisis Tomislavs Himself
The first time that DarthAutoMayor's tracking ability was used. Darth Caesar never sent in any orders, and Auto forgot to a couple of times, including the first night after he replaced Darth Caesar.
SpoilerNight Nine :
Night Nine (DaveShacks Metal: Jarate): taillesskangaru heals Methos, robbiecon, DaveShack, and Mat93 Takhisis Tomislavs Himself mechaerik saps Mat93 (Ineffective, Mat93 isnt a class mechaerik can block) robbiecon kills electric926 Autolycus scans DaveShack (DaveShack Targeted Nobody)
Not much to say about this, really.
SpoilerNight Ten :
Night Ten (DaveShacks Metal: Sandman): johnhughthom attacks Red_Spy (Charged, kills Red_Spy) taillesskangaru heals Autolycus, johnhughthom, DaveShack, and Methos Takhisis Tomislavs Himself Autolycus scans Verarde (No result, Verarde cant be targeted) mechaerik saps Mat93 (Ineffective, Mat93 isnt a class mechaerik can block) DarthNader Cloaks
Mechaerik's two sap attempts on a Soldier combined with Autolycus's scan of someone who couldn't be targeted and no kill order sent made this a not-very-good night for the RED team at all.
SpoilerNight Eleven :
Night Eleven (DaveShacks Metal: Crusaders Crossbow) Takhisis Tomislavs Himself taillesskangaru heals DaveShack, DarthNader, Mat93, and Turquoiside Autolycus scans Turquoiside (Turquoiside Targeted Himself) DaveShack roleblocks topsecret with the Sandman topsecret switches topsecret and DaveShack (is roleblocked, nothing happens) Turquoiside protects himself (100%) mechaerik saps johnhughthom (Is a Sniper, SUCCESS) DarthNader kills johnhughthom (Heals to full) robbiecon kills DarthNader
tailless consistently healed Methos/Turquoiside from Night Five until his death, and almost consistently healed DaveShack and Mat93. topsecret almost completed his PG by making DaveShack roleblock himself, but roleblocks still beat bus drivers. The kill/sap combo used by mechaerik and DarthNader would be done again several times by the RED Spies over the next few nights, first on Turquoiside and later by robbiecon on the final night to kill/block mayor.
SpoilerNight Twelve :
Night Twelve (DaveShacks Metal: Invisibility Watch) DaveShack Uses the Crusaders Crossbow on Takhisis (Heals Him, but he died) topsecret switches DaveShack and Takhisis (is roleblocked, nothing happens) robbiecon kills Takhisis mechaerik saps topsecret (Is an Engineer, SUCCESS) Takhisis Tomislavs Himself
I'm not sure if mechaerik's roleblock did the spies much Good- DaveShack's ability was certainly more of a threat to them than Takhisis's was, at least in theory. It certainly helped robbiecon in the end by preventing topsecret from proving his bussing ability was real.
SpoilerNight Thirteen :
Night Thirteen (DaveShacks Metal: Solemn Vow) DaveShack cloaks with the Invisibility Watch topsecret switches topsecret and Verarde (Ineffective, Verarde cant be targeted) mayor kills Turquoiside mechaerik saps Turquoiside robbiecon kills mechaerik Turquoiside protects himself (Roleblocked, nothing happens)
Although here, mechaerik's ability certainly helped the spies and robbiecon by preventing Turquoiside from protecting himself and stopping their kill. topsecret's bad luck continues- after being roleblocked twice, he attempts to target someone who can't be targeted.
SpoilerNight Fourteen :
Night Fourteen (DaveShacks Metal: Boston Basher) robbiecon kills mayor and roleblocks mayor with the Electro-Sapper topsecret switches DaveShack and robbiecon mayor kills topsecret (Roleblocked, nothing happens)
The only time robbiecon chose to use one of his copied abilities (Buddhafish's was passive, so he couldn't really "choose" to use it), out of fear that mayor might have been getting suspicious of him. All it really succeeded in doing was adding another day phase to the game.
I completed my personal goal? I didn't know that my healing would count if there wasn't any damage to be healed. If I'd have known that, I would have healed more often.
Yes, it's not that I don't mind playing decoy or whatever, but I was completely stumped. Especially with people taking 100-damage pots at me.
In this game I engaged in no private communication at all except for answering a couple questions from CivCube and Backwards Logic at the very beginnign of the game. I was a vanilla with a lot of HP and armour but nothing else.
btw, when do you launch TF2 Mafia: The revenge of the BLU?
