Doesn't look like a good idea at all... :D Do you think it will reach the sunken Battleship?

Also: What is "Genisys"? Surely it is not good to have some (also obscure) pun in the title.

They ran out of crack cash. Maybe they should have just taken the Rob Ford way and become major of L.A

I will only watch this if the Ahhnold reprises his role and they work an explanation for why there is a fat terminator into the script.

Walk with the times, brother. Back in the 90s, there were literally no obese people at all. Today, our nation is facing an obesocalypse.

Our dear friend Arhrnold is just showing the dangers. Beware, kids. Twinkies is evil.

Given that this is a 'prequel' ( :( ) i suppose the actual Terminator may not feature in it heavily. Eg it may only appear for a few min, or in the end.

But what is Genisys supposed to be? Would people in the movie actually explain with a straight face about 'Genisys'?

Or perhaps it's a joke like Rocky IV (or was it V)? One to be always tattered, but never actually done, because seriously dude.

I still haven't forgiven them for cancelling the Sarah Conner Chronicles. Bastards.

with all due respect to cast members , it's a thing that shouldn't have started in the first place . They could have at least tried "a surgery" on Sarah Connor to hide from them machines to explain why no Linda Hamilton ; me being an 80's kid .

Alternatively they could pay for LH to have a surgery?

(ok, not a really good comment, but :( ).

there's no way of Linda Hamilton matching the norms of "modern" TV which requires matchsticks as female body and she wouldn't find this offensive .

She used to be a megastar in the 80s.
(i c what u did there, btw, given she always was very thin in those movies anyway).

I was an 80s boy too, seeing Terminator in original theatrical release (actually, a 70s boy and seeing Star Wars as well...) and I was fine with Lena Hensley or whatever her name is as Sarah.

at no particular person the phrase "with all due respect" is fully justified here , but she ain't no Linda Hamilton as per Terminator II .

Link to video.

I actually thought it was quite a good well-made film. It held my interest anyway; which is unusual.

And if your acting is a little bit wooden, what better role than a robot?
