Caveats:
1. The placement of the cities represents a best-case compomise on my part to reflect the year 1071 CE.
2. Importing the .biq utterly scrambled ownership of the cities, but some good guesswork should suffice to set things right (hey, I don't want to make it too easy before the mod is released).
3. Like the rest of us, I had to deal with the limits of 31 Civs and make compromises accordingly; I'll go into detail when the mod is released.
Of note: the Great Wall of China, the Theodosian Walls, and the Korean defensive walls are all in place on the map.
The mod should be ready-for-prime-time in 1-2 months.
