Just tell me what to do and I'll try my best.
Thanks, you can work on advantages/disadvantages of religions, 1 advantage and 1 disadvantage for each, I think there is a mod that does this. Check it out to see what the author did. Just use the religions I put down.

Eastern Orthadox to much like Catholicism? Odd considering how much they fought each other.
I have never heard of this fighting besides Pope John Paul II and Patriarch Alexi (is he still patriarch?). When else did they fight?

talking about religion- shouldn't there be an option to forbid religion altogether? this has happened all over the world at some point includin russia
One of the civic choices at this point is "No Religion."

Repression of religion? Though that could arguably be 'No State Religion', its more enforcement then tolerance. Religious Repression could be a civic without state religion and with cities very hard to convert. Might produce quite a bit of unhappiness but... I don't know about a positive aspect of it, really...
See post above and good ideas on convert religions, I don't think there should be any chance of religion spread at all in that situation.

maybe a plus side would be quicker building times or something...i'm not sure what would be a plus side to religion repression. Lots of down sides though, maybe a higher chance of rioting or something. it would make the game that bit more authentic though- and that's what we all want right?
also, could there be a feature to marry the leader or heir to the throne of a civ? this could act as a sort of sacred alliance that can hardly ever be broken. this could utilise the use real family trees of monarchy etc. i dunno. see what you think
Yes that is what we all want.
I'm having regrets on the whole family/dynasty, I'll probably keep the regular rulers for now. I don't know how the marridge into royal family will work, I don't think it should effect a civilization.

ok then thats completely untrue, except for that they are both branches of chrisitanity if you wanna really see a good example of how different they are look at this website --->
http://www.ocf.org/OrthodoxPage/reading/ortho_cath.html
not to mention The Great Schism and how the Pope and the Patriarch exocommunicated each other
They are not different from each other to seperate in game. I think the 20 religions we have now are good. The one religion I could see replacing Orthodox with is Mormanism.

Perhaps you should change Knights of the round table to Order of the Garter as Arthur is still a fictional character.
and household cavalry should be changed to 1st Royal Dragoons as (Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment - Sovereign's Escorts for Her Majesty The Queen during State Visits by visiting Heads of State, and as required by Her Majesty anywhere in the Kingdom. They maintain a world-famous tradition dating back to 1660.) straight from the Uk army site.
Oh.. as to the leaders how many do you want? because i can give you loads of names but if you go with historial reign lengths we'll be changing kings every turn.. so go for major kings? and in the case of say egypt.. do you want To go from first Dynasty (Menes) all the way up to Ambassador Atef Obeid (Acting President) ?
drop Mormanism and pick up Eastern Orthidox
Change made. As of Household Cavalry, I tried to make the name of the unit be more general than a specific regiment.
Leaders=5 per civilization, no dynasties and families but rulers. I think we have 3 or 4 for every civilization so far but to hear some other suggestions would be great.
If I don't hear any opposition, I am going to drop Mormanism and put in Orthodox.
