I'd like to borrow 1385g (or whatever I need to afford a Castle, I think I currently have 955g, with a cost of 2340g for a Castle). My Current Income (excluding my cobweb gathering business) is 100g/t I would be wiling to devote ALL of this to paying back the loan. I will use the Castle as my Collateral.

@Falcon02 - You'll need to open an account at Bank of Valhalla to get our preferred loan rates. As a customer your secured loan would be at 1.5%. Without an account here it will be 2.5%.

Your loan is approved for 1400g, just confirm whether you will be transfering your account here so I know which interest rate to charge.

@SAAM - As you're already an account holder you get 1.5% interest rate. You need approximately 2400g for a castle and have a current balance of around 450. Your loan is approved for 1950g.

SaaM: just to note you: the BOF would have to pay office building cost for every city then... i didnt see that transaction...
so the BOF is located in Bavaria. And nowhere else.
