Yes, FL is right. I have no problem with the versions that exist, but I have a different vision for them. And while some may consider it disrespect to make new models for leaders that exist when there are so many others that are requested I think I should be able to make new versions if I have a different idea for what they should look like.
 
There's already a Kamehameha out there, made by MethylOrange. It's cool.

I am going to make a "younger" version in more traditional clothing. Besides I've alwasy secretly had "issues" with the one MO made. No offense to him at all (because I certainly know how hard it is to make an LH), I just had a different idea for him in my head, and since I am going to make a module for Polyenesia and Bakuel made units for me I think the least I could do is make an LH for it.

MO made his Kamehameha look exactly like the painting of him. It is a great LH, one of the best even! Still, I'm interested to see what you had in mind. Guess I'll need to wait even longer for my requests... I'm not in a rush, I just think it is weird that suddenly we have only one LH maker on the forum.

@ Igor; your requests weren't bumped down or anything. I explained that I am going to make a new mod and most of the things I am working on will be in that mod. Your stuff is still coming, but its going to take a lot longer than I originally anticipated because my job is taking a heavy toll on my civ-time.

So when my mod is finished I am going to get to the requests, but this is the order I originally described, its just that I don't have as much time right now as I thought I would.
 
Hi again Capo. I know you're overloaded with work right now, but if you would be so kind as to make this when you are able to get to it, I would be very grateful. I've always wanted a leaderhead for the Emperor Joseph II of Germany, my hero and one of the most dynamic and bold monarchs ever to have lived. Here is a picture:

Well, this is exactly what I was saying- that I understand that I'll need to wait even longer. I know that my requests will come eventually, I didn't think that you forgot me or anything. I just said that it looks like it'll take a while and it is OK, since I'm not in a rush or something.
 
Also since I am adding new leaders to my mod there's a chance some of your requests may appear in that mod anyway. I'll try my best to make them as quickly as possible, but I favor quality over expedience.
 
I think Ekmek's George III might be useful as that leader.

I need some self-help, so I figured I'd come here.

Right now I'm working on a LH based on Justinian. I've already done work with the skin, which is going just fine. But I'm having trouble with the mesh. Here's the nonshader mesh, with animation added in nifscope.

I had the mesh imported, then without editing the mesh at all, I exported it again. Here's the resulting animation:

So, what's could possibly be going wrong?
 
Its hard to say from this image. Change the background color to something other than black and post it again. Did you use blender to make this?

Thank you very mech, you do great work yourself! I might use a few of your units in my next mod. I also have a bunch of new LHs coming out when the mod does.

You guessed it. But right now something's wrong with the import process. Justinian's eyes are popping out during animation and the fingers are warped. Apparently something is throwing off the mesh from the armature, warping the animations. I just don't know what's causing it, or how to fix it.

did you change the animation? it might that you accidentally moved the whole body
 
I can't tell exactly what happened by looking at the photos. But basically this info will help; who's animation is it supposed to be using? If not Justinian's; did you move all of Justinian on to a new skeleton? What programs have you used to create this LH?

That would help me help you. And sometimes making an LH all-over again helps develop your abilities. It worked for me.

It uses Justinian's animations with Justinian's body. I used Blender with the nif plugin to import and export the mesh and armature. I didn't make any changes to either the mesh or the armature.
