The Creatine in Sobe...

Alright, so recently I've been drinking Sobe No Fear Sugar-Free energy drinks about twice/week, mainly because I've had to work out and was too tired. I'm 15, 6'0", and 160 lbs. Basically, I'm wondering if the Creatine in the drinks is enough to hurt my health? On the can it says not to drink if you're a child, but I figured that I was about the same build as a normal man, so how could it hurt me? Is it OK for me to keep drinking them periodically (2x/week), or should I stop?

I suggest not drinking that sort of stuff anyways. The energy boost from creatine is negligible IMHO, and it causes water rentention in the muscles.

I thought only large doses of Creatine caused water retention?
