The Deadly Mountain

>Walk right

Pfft. I'm not even going to bother debating mother logic

>Walk Left For going left always works

As you walk along the path, you notice a few snowflakes fall. It could turn out to be a blizzard, but it doesn't look too serious at the moment. Either way, it's getting dark, and you need to find shelter or risk hypothermia. In front of you, the path continues up a hill. To your left is the village. Behind you is the path and the boulder. To your right is jacksh*t. I couldn't think of anything and you're not walking there.

>walk forwards

The growling noise is closer than before. Suddenly, you see a faint glow to your left. In front of you, you see a small opening, but you can only seem to reach it by a small ledge to the right. You could climb it, but that would risk falling and becoming food for whatever's making that noise.

>Walk right

As you walk in the stream, you see a large stick floating past you. A child runs from behind you. "My father's hunting staff! I was playing with it, and now it's floating away! Please, sir, save it, you are strong enough to not get pushed by the current." The stick floats downstream to your right. To your left, the stream continues. Behind you is the village. In front of you is a path leading up to a small tree.

>Walk backward.

You see the helicopter pilot examining the controls. "I don't know what any of these flashy buttons are, but I think something's gone wrong. There should be a toolbox in the village in the forest, can you get it for me?" Behind you is the path leading up to the mountain. To your left is a stream. To your right is the village. In front of you is a path leading down into the forest.

>Enter Helicopter

Sorry for the late updates, it's just been a busy week :p

>Walk foward You could had said to my right is a giant, unclimable rock wall or something. :p

As you trudge on through the night, the snow gets thicker and thicker. Continuing up the mountain, the trail leads to an abrupt cliff. There seems to be something red at the bottom. However, you need to find a place to set up your tent. To your left is a flat, snowy plateau, which provides a good surface but puts you at the wrath of the blizzard. To your right is a cave, which provides shelter but may have creatures inside it.

...You are buffeted by the hail!

>walk forward

As you try climbing up against the author's will, you slip and fall to the ground unconscious.

...
You smell smoke, and slowly open your eyes to see a man sitting by a fireplace.
"Hello. My dog heard you when you fell to the ground. Have you come here for wisdom?"
As you wake up, the man hands you a cup of tea.
"No, I'm looking for my friend."
"Those who are looking for something usually end up finding something completely different..."
"Cut the crap."
"My dog is an expert in detection. You can borrow him... For a fee. I accept MasterCard and Visa."
The white lhasa jumps into your lap.
"Thanks, but how do I get out of here?"
"You must become lost to find yourself..."
"Cut the crap."
"There's a fire exit to your right. Damn Nepalese building codes."

In front of you is the man and fireplace. To your right is the exit. Behind you is darkness. To your left is a stone wall.

"If you ever need wisdom, just say so."

To give you more work... :p

>Walk_Right

You walk into the stream, which rushes past your legs. You see a dumb-a** salmon desperately trying to swim upstream below you. The stream continues to your right and left. Behind you is the village. In front of you is a small trail leading to a forest.

>wALK lEFT

aFTER yOU tURN cAPS lOCK oFF, you enter the village. Children are running amok in the streets. Jaranu comes up to you. "Today is the festival of the Sacred Stone. You should join us in our banquet."
"Sacred Stone?"
"Yeah. We have a ceremony and nighttime ritual. There's even a jump castle."
In front of you is Jaranu's house, which her daughter is standing in front of. To your left is the banquet. Behind you is the trail. To your right is the chief's house, which is temporarily serving as a shrine for the sacred stone.

>Enter Helicopter

The pilot looks at you. "If you think you've gotten enough information for the village members, I can take you wherever you want. You could go farther up the mountain-"
"Further."
"Farther."
"Further."
"You could go further up the mountain, but it's really dangerous for you to drop down from up here, and there aren't any landing spaces. Makes for a good lookout, though." Outside of the helicopter is the trail leading up to the village. In front of you is the mountain. Behind you is a hill sloping down into a forest. To your left is a valley, where the stream in the village flows into a river. To your right is a snowy plateau.
