David Blaine does simple tricks. All you need to do is look everywhere he doesnt tell you to look. When ever he says look at this, it means he's covering something up. A lot of his tricks are just props bought from magic stores. Like the trick where he eats the quarter. It's just a trick quarter.

Yeah, but what about when he levitates himself?

If you notice, when he levitates and somebody's watching, its a combination between the angle and him using one foot to lift himself and making his heels look parallel.

When he levitates fully, it's not the same people watching, they cut it to another shot, and they just use special effects or strings to lift him up.
