Malaysia is 99 but Egypt 96? This list is just random and I bet would have put pre-revolutionary Egypt on a higher rank than post-revolutionary Egypt.

Democracy does not equal Freedom. Most Turks want the Turkish government to bash those (other Turkish people included) who insult "Turkishness", but that's something different than freedom, even though it's definitely democratic. I doubt Palestinians or Israelis would be more free in times of war, yet, that's precisely what they are getting, all thanks to popular demand, on both sides. The Germans elected Hitler as well. The Germans did not elect Hitler to office. The NSDAP did not win more than a third of the vote. Hitlers rise to political power was the result of political intrigue.

As I have mentioned plenty of times, the Queen's most valuable skill to her country is her capability in foreign relations, being dispatched across the globe by the government to uphold good relations, thaw frosty ones in the interests of her government, country and people. The international renown the Queen has earned in her many years is unmatched by any President.

Sweden (29th) for example gets a 0.0 of sexual violence a 0.0 for assault a 0.0 for burglary and a 0.0 for theft. Out of ten that is.

The US got an 8.0 for its astronomical homicide rate.
