Happy to see that Civ3 is still alive, nice work. I will download it later on and the other mod of yours called Evolution.
I'm sure you'll enjoy TGHM and Evolution! (despite Evolution isn't a mod, is a full new game that looks like Civilization).

would there be a possibility that you might add units separately to the units creation forum, and leaderheads to the graphics forums?? i just asked...cause i would not like to subscribe somewhere to get those units...

I lost the old files with the game 1st beta. The game C# code doesn't work anymore since I changed C# version, so, I am not able to re-export the files or even play the game I have to re-write the code again. 
In the future, I'll do that. But my focus is THGM right now Truly yes - so huge amount of work by a single person in a short time! Congratulations on the mod release, CivArmy!

CFC didn't gave to me the necessary space to host the mod So, I had to host it on Atomic Gamer.

Atomic Gamer has several free but slower dl servers. Subscription is only needed for the high-speed server. Slow = 5 minutes vs High = 1 minute in my experience. And multiple files can be simultaneously dl'd - unlike some other hosts.
