So you are continuosly updating this? Also, Gazebo has said that he is olanning on increasing late game purchase costs. Shouldn't that be in here as well?
Although, it's possible. I don't know how much he is actually increasing the late game purchase cost, so I won't interfere with that.
 
I will say that allowing the atlatlist to keep its promotion on upgrade is a huge buff to the maya. They are in a good spot right now so it needs to be balanced with a nerf in another area.
almost all other UUs in the game keep their unique promotions. may be the nerf will be decreased their CS or penalty on defending since in real life they don't wear helmet or any protection like the regular composite
 
I don't usually post on the forums, but I do want to quickly say that it would be nice if you (Enginseer) and Gazebo could work together. Of course, you (Enginseer) have the completely right to make a mod mod, but because you mod mod is more of a patch, it makes things kind of confusing. Would really be awesome to keep complexity down, and building community cohesion.

Just my two cents. Good job Enginseer. Keep up the hard work Gazebo.
 
What happened to the religious buildings...?

Plus actually engineer if you can decrease ideology pressure... Biggest complaint on ygaemp maps cultural victory too easy.

Actually maybe I should make a mod mod for ygaemp granting buffs to all European powers. Due to space...

Never changed because religious buildings were never an issue.

Not a lot of radical changes anymore besides the franchising. Not what I've seen besides the usual Artistry is too weak argument.
 
Can we get a temple of artemis and mausoleum change up?
I haven't exactly been paying attention unless the community wanted Temple of Artemis to grant a free herbalist and mausoleum to grant something else that wasn't a Stone Works I suppose?

Edit: What exactly got changed when influence decay scale was fixed? I'm still getting the same decay rate. Am I not getting enough influence to make it scale in decay yet?

Is allowing the ability to upgrade units in vassal territories something doable, possibly through the imperialism policy? I think it's something to look at because keeping your vassal's land protected during war\barbarians, is how to keep them content with you.

I tried experimenting, but it ended up weirdly.

    • Trader Sid's: +1 Tourism, Trade Route to this Franchise produce +1 Gold.
    • Centaurus Extractors: +1 Tourism, +1 Production for every 3 Coast and Ocean Tile nearby.
    • Hexxon Refinery: +1 Tourism, +10% Production toward Military Units.
    • Giorgio Armeier: +1 Tourism, +1 Culture on Giorgio Armeier's Resources.
    • Firaxite Materials: +1 Tourism, +10% Production toward Buildings.
    • TwoKay Foods: +1 Tourism, +5% Food.
    • Civilized Jewelers: +1 Tourism, +10% Great Person Generation.
