I finally got a physical copy of SimCity Classic.

I got Arkham Asylum and it's damn good.
I got Victoria and Rev.
But there isn't a tutorial and this is more complicated than EU3 and HOI2 put together

Stick with it. I promise you there's a good game in there.
Read AARs and start as Brazil. That's how I learned most of it.
Also, I just got HOMM 3. It's supposed to be one of the best ones.
2 or 3. Probably 3. Forget about 4 and 5. You said HOMM so I suppose you're talking about Heroes of Might and Magic and not confusing that with Might and Magic.

I really think 3 is the most acclaimed of the series. I may prefer 2 myself, but probably only because of nostalgia.
