We find this absolutely outrageous coming from the nation who has forced the African majority in their nation into slavery and eventual death. The RSA are the ones committing the genocide here, they are the ones making life a misery for millions of African people in their nation. Why will they not allow the ICMOVIC to enter their country to see the filth and death in their labour camps?

Nigeria hereby proposes Resolution V:

• The Republic of South Africa is hereby suspended from the International Confederacy.
• The Republic of South Africa shall be put under Economic sanctions and every IC member shall be required to refuse their goods and shall not trade with the RSA under punishment of Economic sanctions themselves.
• These two sanctions shall remain in place until the RSA has ended its policy of apartheid and granted independence to: Namibia, Rhodesia, Tanganyika, Malawi, Angola, Zanzibar, Mozambique, Botswana and Kenya.
• If this is fulfilled the Government of Nigeria promises to allow Cameroon independence.

The President of Nigeria has never ordered the killing of a white person, publicly or privately, and Nigeria will quite happily accept ICMOVIC inspectors to prove this.

And I do not believe for one second that you plan to give Africans in your country the vote. If they did it would mean that you would be out of Government and that an African political party would be voted into government in South Africa. This would mean the end to your mass control of African people and almost certainly an end to your empire in Africa. I do not believe that you will allow to this happen as you want to control an empire and rule over the native people, you need the African slave labour to power your economy and run your industry, without you would be nothing.

Nigeria contains over 130 million people, the most populas nation in Africa, we are a true representation of the African people and that can not be denied. The RSA will never allow African people to govern themselves and their Government will want to be governed by the African natives for fear they take the revenge that, in all honesty, they deserve.
