Well I had my first experience in being hacked today. My Facebook and my Gmail account were hacked about an hour ago. Luckily I was still awake and managed to regain full control before too much damage was done.

I am 98% certain that I know who did it, but would I be able to contact the authorities about it, is there a certain agency I should contact or something? This is in the US by the way.

2. I've heard that dish washing machine uses less water than washing dishes by hand, and frankly, I don't believe it. If it is true, does the more poisonous dish washing substance (what is it called, the thing that's mixed with water) compensate the lesser use of water from environmental point of view?

They're kinda like a flag, something big a nice looking to wave around, and in this instance, at a game. Sometimes they will have the team name on it, sometimes it just says "Number 1", or something of the like. It's just a fun thing for people to do at a sporting event.

As for keeping it, most people do, either to reuse it, or as a souvenir.

Foam fingers are just fan memorabilia. They symbolize "being number one"-ness (hence the index finger being extended.)
