How do i pronounce trills such as in the spanish word "perro". Trills are a consonantal sound produced by vibrations in the mouth when trying to articulate a word that requires them such as "Perro". The double r in perro needs to be a trill.

I have been trying my hardest I just cant pronounce it correctly!

Well, technically it's true. Shotguns don't have grooved barrels found in rifles.

Well if you're under 18 you don't have to. Dunno about older.

Question: How much does an unmarried dependent student have to make before he or she has to file an income tax return?

Answer: If you are an unmarried dependent, you must file a tax return if your earned and/or unearned income exceeds certain limits.

To find these limits refer to Filing Requirements for Dependents in Publication 501, Exemptions, Standard Deduction and Filing Information.
Even if you do not have to file, you should file a federal income tax return to get money back if any of the following apply:
You had income tax withheld from your pay.
You qualify for the earned income credit.
You qualify for the additional child tax credit.

EDIT- - -Christ, I'm sorry I ever linked you to the IRS

Trying to pin down an answer is impossible they just link you to tons of crap

Which formats of a holy text are considered offensive to burn? Is burning a holy text into a DVD and then burning the DVD offensive?

You're probably better to file a tax return regardless - it could be useful at some point in the future if you want to apply for a scholarship or something.

Try to put your tongue to the front of your palate while making the "r" sound.

Are therapists supposed to refuse to discuss politics-related issues (such as, a patient telling the therapist about the patient's own feelings about a recent election, and the therapist refuses to talk about it)?

If they are any good at their job they should. Since politics can be a part of why you are upset.

Interesting. In general it's good policy not to discuss politics with clients. I could see them refusing to share their own opinions on an issue but they shouldn't stop you from sharing your own feelings if you feel it's necessary. As mentioned above, what if it relates to the reason you're seeking therapy? If it's getting in the way then you might want to consider a new therapist.

Why is rocket fuel so darn expensive? Isn't it just some combination of liquid oxygen and hydrogen?

Isn't fuel the reason why space flights are so expensive? Even the re-usable space shuttle is still expensive to launch.

Is there some process in making the rocket fuel that demands it be extremely expensive?

Liquid hydrogen requires cryogenic storage technology such as special thermally insulated containers and requires special handling common to all cryogenic fuels. This is similar to, but more severe than liquid oxygen. Even with thermally insulated containers it is difficult to keep such a low temperature, and the hydrogen will gradually leak away (Typically it will evaporate at a rate of 1% per day[12]). It also shares many of the same safety issues as other forms of hydrogen, as well as being cold enough to liquefy (and possibly solidify) atmospheric oxygen which can be an explosion hazard.

It also takes as much energy to make hydrogen from water as there is energy in burning the hydrogen. Or near enough in any case :p And storing liquid oxygen and separating it from the air isn't much better than hydrogen.
