Well I did get it cleaned up. I used the plastic bag and one of the old dustpans (we have multiple ones so I figured one could be thrown out) to sweep it off the counter and then I double-bagged it and put a note for my mom to call the fire department or something. And when I got up she said that someone came and got it.

Someone sent me this thing they scanned from a "Japanese SHM-CD." Except I can't read it. Any idea what it is and what's a SHM-CD? Yeah i could google it but it was kind of technical and I still don't know what it is.

After braking a personal freediving record (length, not depth) I suffered from a headache, I my arms and legs felt heavy and I felt dizzy, this lasted for nearly an hour.

Almost certainly the second. Lack of oxygen causes the symptoms of sprinting, basically.
