Don't listen to madviking's lies! A normal human being-develops his one, solitary interest in life around 5 seconds after birth. Changing your interest overtime is some sort of fluke, you might want to go see your doctor about it.

In Other Words, no one knows what that one interest is?

Asked this question in Computer Talk but it hasn't got any replies yet, so perhaps someone here knows:

In MS Access, if I want to use SQL to add records into a table, what should I do? The online tutorial says that you need to write this:

Code:
INSERT INTO TableBlah
VALUES ('Blah', 'Blahblah', 'Yawn')
or whatever, but it doesn't say where to put the code: I tried it in the SQL view of a Query but it just creates a second table with only that record in it.

I accidentally got blood on the wall. (Just try to remember which gender I am.) I tried to use water and a washcloth but it just smeared it around. Should I wait for it to dry?

Anything wet will smear, there has to be a dry cloth to clean up that which is wet.

When the blood dried it wiped off ok. So that's gone. Thanks.

I know the old trick of googling lyrics in quotes to find the song title. What do you do if that fails? Yes, I tried multiple ones in case I messed up one.

A horseshoe crab I think.
I think so.

When was dating (the social custom, not the time-related stuff) invented, and why?

And who was the douche who invented it? :trouble:

Is there anything going on with the USPS that would cause my package to be stuck in New Jersey since the 26th? I don't think it's on the border. Do they send packages by ship or something?

I think it could be a combined effect ofsnail mail, which I have often experienced when buying from Amazon.com, and the snowstorm they had there.

I forgot about that snowstorm. I know that snail mail is slow but I'd expect it to have moved by now.

I've got a question that isn't really worth it's own thread: Do you think it would be worth having a "Random Discussion not worth it's own thread" thread? I'm thinking of it as being for discussions that are neither raves nor rants.

People have tried it, and they always get closed. Just put it in Rants or Raves, even if it doesn't strictly fit.

Question: Is International Priority Mail worth $6 as compared to International First-Class Mail at $3?

Also, is there any special ways to store vintage (1980s, not like 1800s) magazines without damaging? Im slightly worried about putting them into a regular magazine rack.
