The Mod of Modness

I have given up on this mod, 9 times I tried to download,:confused: it but it just fails to make behond 1/2 way!:mad:
I am playing "Civilization III: Worldwide Size: 1027.4 MB" from Atomicgamer, I can got that one in 1 hour.:sad:

WILL look in here from time to time, maybe some one will find away to load this somewhere else that doesn't take days to try and get this. :rolleyes:
 
I don't know if Georgestow uploaded somewhere else but i believe in previous posts someone did post quite a few links
 
Yes it was tough to D/L but worth it. The patch was for 4 files that didn't make it clean. The other two problems (so far) were a too long name unit and an empty unit file. I don't know how to make a 31 civ game work for a less than huge map so I started over w/large. (20 civs)
 
Okay, well I am currently sorting out the torrent as we speak, so that should make downloading easier and stuff. Kay?

That sounds great! I've been wanting to play this since I saw your previews. I mean, it's got a Thriller Wonder. Also, I'm looking forward to the Madness version with some Godzilla action.
 
Are you still sorting out the torrent? I tried to download the torrent, but it doesn't seem to be working.
 
Right, yeah, still sorting it out. Don't try the torrent file quite yet. Should hopefully have it done by the end of today, but might not. I'll say when it's ready.
 
Just wait for the torrent. I won't be long. Cos of this torrent, I'd quite like to ask, who would stay on and seed this please?
 
Okay. Torrent ready!
The torrent has been set up at my dad's house, now I've got to download it so I can seed too from my mum's, thereby doubling the speed. So, right now, the speed will be the same cos it'll just be him seeding, but pretty soon it should be faster cos I'll be seeding too. Either way, I'm gonna give you the torrent file now.
And please seed once you've finished downloading. Otherwise this whole idea is pointless. The file is on the first post.
 
Don't know if anyone's paying attention to this mod anymore, but I figured I'd give another update - I am now seeding the mod as well. Therefore, there are 2 seeds, so torrenting is now actually faster than the direct download. Just thought you ought to know.
 
Depends. What needs fixing?
 
I don' mean bugs. I mean some general improvements. Like making use of titanium, rebalancing Cossacks. And take into consideration some things about modern era technologies and industrialization that i pointed out earlier and tell what do you thing about it. You definitely have to do something with modern era technology it's all such a mess. That poor Russians are screwed again. It's possible to skip the technology that allows their age of power units(tank revolution) and research nanotechnology.
 
Oh yes, of course. In due time. But right now I have a hell of a lot of homework to get in. I'll work on this later. If any more bugs and stuff come up, please tell me.

It's mainly just been a few small changes that have already been suggested.

I think this is a really amazing mod, please download. I know that I'm obviously biased, but can you guys just give it a go?
