The following treaty has been negotiated between China and Hawai'i
China can re-incoperate Mongolia into China
LH has added this permanently: If you start nuking someone, he will initiate the PHOENIX protocol on Christos. However, if Christos is nuked, he can return fire, but only 1 nuke for every nuke fired at you. For every nuke he fire more than that, LH will hit him with three.
Except from Mongolia, China is not allowed to reduce any state to less than 5 provinces.

After the deal with Hawaii, emergency elections happened:

National party 40%
Communist party 35%
Democratic party 25%

Although the national party won the elections and it had the majority in the senate, the King made Chiang Prime minister, who isn't even a member of the parliament. Somehow Chinag managed to gain a vote of confidence in the senate and became Prime minister.
