I don't think that you can break a peace treaty......... Besides, you signed off on it yourself, so don't come crying to anybody if you get your sorry little butt (keeping it clean) handed over to you on a silver platter. Hawaii and the other people who were at war with you honored the treaty, but you went and broke it. That's why people are up in arms over this war, and that is why you must be finished.

I actually echo Christos's sentiments here. This is pretty funny.
It was actually mainly research and development reasons (hence the atomic tests).
Can and should are two different verbs, use them responsibly.
