As per the updated application form (link in OP Ailed kthx), minimum resolution before resizing is 400x512, and optimal is 512x656 (stretch the former, squish the latter), so if it's between those two it should be fine.

Requests from Civ'ed:
A) new war music pls
which one plox

B) add mid and late music to mod pls
Ooh, mah bandwidth

C) When should I record the Dunmeris/Dwemeris
Whene'er you want, sunshine.

EDIT: Derp actually it is 512x512. However it is stretched. CivIV unstreches it right? If no I'll redo it tomorrow.

Not so much unstretch as narrow, but yeah. The file itself is 512x512, but the picture displays at a 0.78:1 ratio.

Hurrah, I guess we'll see what it looks like in CivIV then.

Also, the URL of the SVN has changed to 'svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/civ4-iot/code/trunk' . You can change the address by right-clicking the folder and selecting 'TortoiseSVN > Relocate'. If you run into problems, duplicate the folder and run a fresh checkout.

For those of you that haven't downloaded the full package already, you can save some time and bandwidth by grabbing a .RAR of the core files here.

Just waiting till I get home so I can finally get to playing some of this.

Can the S.U.D.S be added? :)

Abel Roux (industrious/charismatic), Susan Rojo (aggressive/defensive), Lisa Tolbert (charismatic/organized) and/or Victor Miles (philosopher/charismatic) would love to play! :D

I can do a submission.

Okay I just had an idea for a building for the Spammers instead of the old chemical plant one:

Sid's Universal Circus of Kooky Spam! (or S.U.C.K.S)

-Replaces Colosseum
+5 :)
+ 1 :yuck:
+1 :) from every 20% :culture:

Building Model Here.

So, Covert Operative. Should STD become a UU for that instead of paratrooper? Would it be possible for it to be an airdroppable Covert Infantry? Or can it not/it's better to just stay as an airborne UU?

It's entirely possible; it depends on which role you prefer. Covert Ops rely on offence and are geared more toward ambushes than straight-up fights so they'd lose their attack strength, but it's probably closer to their canonical function.

If I make Triforce a World Project, can we be excused?

got you a little present thor
Spoiler :
Strategy:
The Tomb, the Resdayn replacement for the monument, generates money and adds happiness for certain leaders.
History:
Dunmer religion prior to the rise of the Tribunal was centered on the worship of the "Good Daedra" - Azura, Mephala and Boethiah. Since all but one of these are considered malevolent in every other society, it is easy to understand why the Chimer exodus occured. Another important part of Dunmer religion was the aspect of ancestor worship, and as such great burial tombs are found scattered around Morrowind and especially Vvardenfell, each belonging to a separate family.
It is these ancestors who aid the Dunmer, either manifesting as spirits in the world or surrounding their descendants in a cloak of flames. It should be noted however, that during the last days of the Tribunal tombs had become fair game and that at least one was looted by the Nerevarine himself. Tombs were usually guarded by undead monsters and held great riches such as enchanted artifacts.

Also, a few points I thought about:
  1. Can the tomb be non-destructable? so conquering resdayn gives other bonuses like money and maybe happiness
  2. Is it possible to chance the Bazaar to something else? Morrowind hardly has bazaars
(for a change I was thinking either cantons as a market replacement or the Ghostgate as a wall replacement)

That's why I personally want STD for Covert Operative UU. For me, Lore>Gameplay. However, I have no idea if people like the STD as a paratrooper, or if anyone plays my civ at all to give input on where it is best.

Solution to all problems of this caliber.

Rename the paratroopers to "Feminist Army Paratroopers" (F.A.P) and problem solved.

That would require a new model for the UU (finding the current one was hard enough), and I /already/ have three UUs.

Otherwise, idea is solid. Like the name :p
