nnno. You will draw Germany and then decide to give us 3 points. And, so because of your cooperation, we will be kind to you and make it a very decent goal difference. So after we beat Germany 3:0 , you will advance on goal difference. Or shall we rather help Germany? You should be very nice to us. :D

"Schade lalalalala"

I think the czechs shouldn't underestimate letland. They've got enough time to prepare them for that one game in which they'll have to prove their worth...

The statistics I've mentioned is as follows:
Portugal-Russia +2=0-1 3-6
Portugal-Spain +0=2-3 5-19
Portugal-Greece +1=1-2 7-9
Greece-Spain +1=0-3 4-8
Greece-Russia +3=1-8 7-22
Spain-Russia +1=1-1 3-3

In terms of the percentage of the points won Spain should take the first prize. Then goes Russia followed by Portugal and Greece. ;)

I still doesn't make much sense, as Portugal and USSR played 3 official games: 2 wins for Portugal (WC 66, Euro 84 qualifiers) and 1 for USSR (Euro 84 qualifiers), so, regardless of goal difference, I think Portugal should have the advantadge there.

Of course, it doesn't. Just a piece of interesting information. Portugal is more than likely to have advantage - home country, fans, referees... :p

Advocaat (the liquor guy) will again take the same idiots that already ruined Holland in the last tournaments with a devastating defeat against Germany in the first game as the result. The following outrage at home will then force Advocaat to use only the younger players but unfortunately for them the Czechs are strong enough for a draw.
The team then shows its real potential in a convincing 6-0 thrashing of Latvia but gets eliminated because of a 0-0 draw between Germany and the Czechs in which strangely not a single chance was recorded... :D

@Dell: Can you make an excel sheet like you did with the CL one so we can do an EURO 2004 prediction game? :D

BTW, what do you think of this:

http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads6/UEFA_EURO-2004.zip

PS1: Click F9 on your keyboard to see what it does...

PS2: Last worksheet is still being completed. If you want the complete one, just tell me and I'll post it soon...
But what matters appears in the 2nd and 3rd ones...

Well for starters its in Portugese and not English so its not the most understandale of things. Also Holland and Portugal both won a couple of times which probably shouldn't happen ;)
