Dunno about the StarForce. Is that the install thingy? Mine is installshield.

Edit: setup status at 20%. You guys are about 80% from not hearing from me for several weeks. Oh, the joys of being unemployed!!!

Edit: about 33%. One third of the way towards Civ Heaven! Sure hope my video card works....

If you try and access the game without the CD in the drive the StarForce menu should come up if that is what they used.

Grr Edit: Oops. Typed it in the wrong box. Sorry about that, guys. Was supposed to be an edit of my earlier post.

Edit: 66%. Minor delay as I was busy looking in here and neglected to see it ask for disk two.

Edit: Odd...it finished up and that was it. Don't know what I was expecting, but wasn't expecting it just to be over when it reached 100%.

I've done about 8 turns now. This is great. If I knew how to post screenies I would. Looks like no other civs on my continent so far.

Just tried to access the game without the disk in. No mention of StarForce.

Weird issue, the disc that says "Play" on it isn't the one you need in the cd player to play the game. I had to put in "Install" to actually play the game. Oh well, off to play!!
