I guess so. Thing is, most problems that come either have an obvious way out or are nothing you can really do anything about at this point, so it is usually rather redundant. Besides, it is much more fun to just have everyone's plans, including my own, collide and cause maximum chaos. It keeps history moving.

EDIT: Actually, you know what? Don't bother sending any more orders or nations or whatever now. I probably won't be able to check the forum for them anyway, much less willing to do so as it is quite distracting. I already have more than enough now, and any new additions will just delay my progress.
