I only have 12 credits worth of classes(4 classes, english, math, physics, and a graphics course) and I can't take any other classes regarding my major, so I was thinking I'd just take some random other class to get some free grade and credits. I was thinking, either chemistry, which might be useful towards whatever I want to do, if I double major or whatever. Or, maybe Italian to brush up on it and I could probably do pretty good in it, or maybe German to try something new. Or maybe a history class, though the only thing there is are some class about Asia, some thing about central asia, some thing about the industrial revolution in Europe, and some contemporary America class. Maybe psychology.

What do you think I should do?

I kinda just want to leave it as is and have a nice short week(only Monday to Wednesday half of the day, with just one short little class on Thursday then) and a nice small workload and probably easier to get good grades, but I think it might not be good in the long run and a good opportunity to take some other courses that maybe interesting.

Do German! Seriously.

:)

Friday was awesome where I'm at on the East Coast. Seems like it always rains on the weekends though, never on the work days. Might be better to be unemployed.

Is it possible to arrange a meeting as a ordinary person with the Dali Lama? I'm going to Dharamarsala in May which is where the Dali Lama and the Tibetan government in exile is so I figure while I'm there maybe I could meet him.

Do you have any kind of angle to work or is "random punter" your best shot?

Uh...I seek to overthrow the oppressive People's Republic of China? I'd like to interview you for (fictional newspaper name here). I seek spiritual guidance and enlightenment. I work for (insert politician name, this is semi-true I'm doing an internship). Free Tibet! As a member of (political party, true) what are your thoughts on (insert topic)?

Will any of those work?

*sigh*

I'm trying to listen to music samples on bn.com, but it's saying that I have to download windows media player to listen, even though I already have it. :gripe:

How do I fix this? I'm running windows vista 32 bit.

EDIT: Another question, are there any devices that can take an audio cassette tape and copy it's contents onto a computer? If so, where can I find one?

anyway, i'd say just try it. what you got to lose, honey?

Does anyone else here sing in the shower, or the car? Everyone I've asked lately denies it, and I never see anyone actually doing it besides me. I do every single day, and I am awesomer for it.

Hell yeah I sing in the shower. I don't have a car or a drivers license, so I don't really sing in the car. I'm near 100% sure I would if I did though. I also frequently just sing in my room by myself along with my stereo and such.

Oh yes. I try not to sing too loudly in there when there are people around who can hear, but I pretty much sing every time that I shower, and I always sing when I'm in the car. I also tend to sing to myself when I'm doing homework or reading. I sing everywhere, really. One time I was trying to learn a difficult, (high), part to a song and I didn't want anyone to hear me, so I went out and hopped on the riding lawn mower and practiced while I mowed the lawn. What I failed to take into consideration was that if I could hear my voice over the mower and through the headphones, so could everyone else for a few miles radius...
