In other words not every single evil, but just many kinds of evil. So Relegin's original point still stands, but some of the responses do not.

At least there's a theory. Civ 2 is the square root of evil, whereas the Devil itself created hippos race, so they can be bashed by the no less evil (but nevertheless glorious) Mongol civilization. Tada. Victory is near. Those evil pachyderms will never rise again to play civ 2
