We agree to the Mandate where the UN controls the 5 disputed provinces. We do not agree that our nations should receive the adjacent provinces, as we said, the French would walk away with a majority of the provinces. Both France and Germany claim the same provinces, thus; unless an even split can be devised, we see it fit that neither country get anything until the 10 year limit passes.

Eastern France has been part of France for ages. Chaos of XONES must not be forgotten. As France is the cradel of the SUDS it must be one. Hence our struggle today. While the idea of a UN mandate passes solidly, it cannot be enforced unless those who occupy the territories agree to it.

If we wait for absolutely everyone to get a word in, this would take forever. I think most had the time to ratify it; many just ignored it altogether.

However, I'm open for establishment of a quorum before the results can be made at the relevant lock.
