I hereby annouce the creation of the IngSoc Council.

This 5 member council consists of the members of the Inner party, specifically those who lead the 5 provinces of Oceania. This council leads Oceania. As Oceania has no specified capital, but instead regional capitals all across the world, the council and the structure of Oceania is made up to represent that.

The Provinces of Oceania and their Governors and respective members of the Council are as follows:

Airstrip One: Terran Emperor
Anglo America: Open
Latin America: west india man
South Africa: Open
Pacifica: Civ'ed

All in all I do fancy the Scandinavian Empire idea... uniting Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark under one flag.

Poland can still have its empire but it would be nice to agree that Denmark and other parts of Her Imperial Majesty's realm as part of the Scandinavian Empire.

I really like the idea of a council of 5 though, makes things simpler, no worry about getting half and half votes on what to do, but Ill talk to you later about it.

I am not dictating the existence of Poland: I am rather claiming all of Scandinavia to be united under one flag.

Any attempts to counter this course of action will result in the liberation of Denmark, Iceland and other bits of Scandinavia held under the Polish yoke.

However I would like to see Poland see Denmark and Iceland as part of the great Scandinavian Empire, a union of the Norse nations and Finland that will prosper as a friendly nation practicing constitutional monarchy and social democracy.
