I just figured out how to host virtually unlimited number of games at the same time....or until my old box burns up from the heat of battle..

I just need to create multiple copies of the BtS folder and do a little work with the .ini file and viola!!!!

Ronnie1, what size of map could you comfortably support?

The Pitboss APP is really quite small...the Map isn't actually generated on the host machine, so I can do any size. The Map I took over hosting is HUGE!

I am in another 2v2v2v2 game and we are having really good luck with a randomly generated "Inland Sea" map if we can't find someone to balance it.

Also on a side note,...Viva (his computer actually) seems to be AWOL, so we could use at least a temporary sub for that game. The only problem I foresee there, I'm sure myself, memphus, and AT all have a different view of how the diplomatic arrangements are proceeding. So a new leader will definitely put an interesting twist into it unless contact with Viva can be established.

OK, is anyone prepared to organise this - set up a thread, look for additional players? I'm willing to do it, but won't be able to get to it in the next couple of days.

@Memphus: Chamnix mentioned he's almost done for in the pbem thread. When/if he's dead, I think you've got to send the save to me (evldrunen@msn.com).

I captured 2 of Calis' cities in the last couple of turns, and I think I killed most of his stack. I'm no healing my troops and scouting his territory to see where his other cities are. When you're done with Chamnix, could you attack Calis from the northwest so he has to defend both sides? Let's wrap this game up quickly
