2) Iranis (probably looking for more uranium)
3) Iraqis ???
Official investigation is underway. The punishment will be quick and painful.

This is an interesting investigation. I will be REALLY surprised if AI (Barbarian or Iranian) did it.
Basically all the AI Terrorists have UnitAIType=UNITAI_SPY tag attached to them. Meaning AI is told to use them as spies, while Terrorist cannot perform Spy missions and is not connected to espionage system in BTS. So 90% of a time I see AI Terrorists wandering aimlessly around the globe, even Barbarian ones. In the rest 10% of the time I have seen them perform Terrorist Acts in cities, I have seen them attacking cities directly, but never witnessed Worker capture. So after this is over if any human did this please PM me, so that I don't get too excited about AI...:scan:
 
What. AI Terrorists have no problem attacking Workers, in fact that happened to me in a SP game as America.
 
UN Resolution 104! +1 Trade Routes in all cities! Boy, our Epic runs so much faster than Marathon elsewhere, we had elections like 8 months ago. See how important is it to have a good soft-spoken Ban Ki-Moon elected? He is going to make everybody rich! I mean, rich are going to get richer, and poor Underdogs like us will get less poorer. ;)

Two important events happened this month in Colombia! Brand new National Park was opened in Bogota. Thankfully people did not lose their power after removal of Coal -- turns out we were running on Hydro all this time :goodjob:

Newly born Great Engineer was sent to Panama to engineer Modern Fisheries. Do you do groceries sometimes? Next time when you walk in Seafood Department and see "Product of Panama" written around some wild caught Tilapia -- you will have an idea how it all happened :yumyum:
 
Nothing interesting happened in Venezuela, but just take a look at the info tab of the F4 menu. North Korea in Free Market, South Korea in Caste System and Despotism, every single civ except for two player controlled ones in Bureaucracy. :eek: It´s crazy I tell ya.

Great news for little guys! Despite the opposition from super powers of Russia, USA and Europe single currency resolution passed with a landslide! It is the time to come up with the name for our new global money! Earth Pesos? Too Latino-centric... Globie? The word sounds very English... Perhaps simply Gold? If anything is universal on this planet is our love for gold, but we all have different names to call it... So let's brain storm! :D Enjoy extra trade route!
