right fellow civfanatics, this is smth i should have let you know earlier.
i am going through some radical changes in my life for past one and a half month, involving change of work, apartment, and relocation through 5 timezones to the east with my wife and one year old baby; you can imagine what kind of mess and stress it turned out to be.

i am telling all of this to explain my very bad turnaround time, which have been noticed by many of you. i apologize about it. i also cannot guarantee it will stabilize for couple more weeks, until i fully settle in my new place.

admins of the games i am in - if you think i should be replaced in your games - please feel free to call for replacement. may i just ask it to be temporary replacement.

Delhi is in poor shape. Down to 5 pop and fallout everywhere. Despite that, the Chinese troops are gathered around Calcutta. I could see the city falling by the end of the month if the Chinese focus their air strikes on the city. Otherwise I'm not sure how that battle would turn out since both armies are very weakened.

I can see now why in real life India worries about China more than about Pakistan!
