THE WORLD COMMITERN​

THE COMMITERN HAS BEEN IN EXISTANCE FOR MANY YEARS, AT FIRST IT WAS SIMPLY THE NAME OF AN ALLIENCE BETWEEN ITALY AND GERMANY. BUT IN 1913, THE COMMITERN EXPANDED. THE ORGANIZATION WAS OFFICIALLY CREATED BY GERMAN PREMIER JOSEPH STALIN DURING THE GERMANIA CONFERENCE.
TODAY THE WORLD COMMITERN IS ONE OF THE LARGEST AND FASTEST GROWING MULTINATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE WORLD.​

THE 10 POINTS.

1- Development of a full scale military allience in which our forces will fight for common protection of the peoples rights.

2- Technological Partnership between Members.

3- Universal Currency among members. The new Currency, 'the Marx' will be used by all members.

4- Abolishment of tariffs, and creation of a free trade federation among members.

5- Universal voting rights to everyone over the age of 19.

6- Universal privilege to Basic Education

7- Stablishment of the Comitern Health Department, to eradicate polio and several other diseases.

8- Full police co-operation between members.

9- Stablishment of the Monetary fund for rebuilding member nations after war.

10- To advance the communist cause worldwide.

The Aztecs would like to determine our stance towards Cuba. They are concerned over the nuclear development there.

The Occitanians would like to know whether or not will Britain be, eventually, invited to Comintern as it is a communist nation.

The Cuban situation is to reamain as it is, we will look at it closer until their local elections are complete. Perhaps Cuba will be the first nation to stablish a communist state after democratic elections.

The British situation is currently being observed, their new pro-communist regime seems friendly to Germany and the Commitern, and if noone objects, we would be proud to have to British on our side.

The Greater Empire of Oceania will send its own ambassador to the Committern as a non-member.

Oceania is not accepted by the Commitern for any representation, Russia is the only DU member allowed to Post here. Perhaps you can make the DU think again and make you the official representative, until them, your embassadors will not be let into our meetings.

The United Korean Republic has replaced the Greater Empire of Oceania as the representatives of the Fascist Axis to the Commitern.

The NPC members of the Comintern would like to know our plans towards nuclear development. They hope Cuba will provide the nuclear technology to the Comintern.

Topic One:
Nuclear Deterrant for the Commitern:

As we all know, the cubans are now communists, however they cant get enough votes to officially join the commitern, so to be safe lets not depend on the idea that the cubans will help us get our nuclear deterrent. Germany is close to complete its nuclear project.
After the developing and testing of these weapons is complete, Germany asks the nation of the Sioux, Italy, Israel and Congo to allow us to build military bases in their territorys.

The Plan is to stablish Four main nuclear deterrant shields, one for north america, europe, South african region, and the middle east.

one based in the south of the sioux territory, which would protect a range from aztec central america, to the south of alaska.
The other one would be based between Italy and Germany to shield the members in the european continent.

In Israel and Congo smaller bases will be placed to defend their nations, since Israel is small and easy to defend, and congo does not have many hostile neighbors fewer tanctical nukes will be enough to secure them.

Topic Two:
The commitern intervention against the black army:

Germany has pledged to help India and the DU to crush the growing threat of the black army, however we do understand that the nations in north america must be ready for a menace close to their borders. The European members are busy w/ the destruction of Burgandy (which we will still support), and our new members, Israel and congo are extremely busy on administration of their new nations.

Germany will represent the commitern as a whole, but if any nation wills to Aid on the Side of the German army, that is entirely voluntary.

The United Socialist Republics of Oceanian requests entry into the International Committern. We will also work to free the IndoChinese people and ensure that the four states, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam will also be seeking entry into the International Committern.

Germany and the Commitern does not recognise The United Socialist Republics of Oceania as an autonomous nation, but simply a title for a fascist country, unless indochina is given full and total independence immediately, such regime cannot enter the World Commitern.

The commitern was not created to force people into communism, no member of the commitern was ever illegaly forced into this organizationa and will never be.

Oceania, the so called socialist regime beliefs that membership of our organization can be bought simply by chaining down people in the name of communism. The commitern beliefs that the indo-chinese domination is illegal and full independence must be given to them. Nations joining the commitern do so because they hold elections and wish to join, not because some tyrant holding a gun wishes them to.

Therefore Germany, a leading member of the Commitern does NOT accept The United Socialist Republics of Oceania into the organization.
