A_propagandist, actually I had been hoping to talk to you about Vietnam after the end of the last NES, especially since it's the rising new Asian economic power. I do recall that you had done some development of nuclear technology, but I thought it was strictly for nuclear power sources, not weapons. Correct me if I'm wrong on that.

A couple of links have been posted on the first thread, also a background thread has been put up, due for completion before Friday. Ruleset will be complete by no later than the end of the weekend. Stats will likely be finalized by mid-next week at which point the update will be ready to go. For anyone just browsing my recommendation is to not judge the nations by their stats, but by their background.

On another note, a couple new companies have been added as well as the Catholic Church as a playable faction.
