CIVIL WAR TO EXPLODE IN THE AMERICAS? Havana, Union of Federated States. With a breakdown in negotiations between the governments of the Confederation of Latin States and the UFS, it seems that war is well on its way to beginning. Union officials refused to give up the coastal Fort York in Caracas harbor, and in late July, local forces initiated a surgical strike against the fort, and subsequently taking it from the Union defenders in a commando attack. President-elect Reagan has issued a call for volunteers to end the rebellion and restore order to the southern states. The newly elected Confederation president has stated that the new government will continue to protect their sovereignty and stand strong against the oppression of the north.

TERRORISTS STRIKE IN BERLIN. Berlin, Germania. A believed effort of the European Resistance has been moderately successful against the Berlin monorail. A small section of the track was destroyed by a bomb placed upon a train, and its believed that over one hundred civilian casualties have been determined. German officials have pledged to catch the terrorists responsible for the act, which is the largest terrorist attack to date in Europe.

RIOTS TEAR APART CITIES IN SOUTH AFRICA. Pretoria, Republic of South Africa. After a fiery speech by separatist leader Nelson Mandela, multiple cities across the segregated black zones of South Africa have risen in riots. Police forces have been overwhelmed in some urban areas while responding with increased violence in others. Mandela and the rest of the movement in South Africa have called for the complete end to white authority and control over the black states of the nation. The African Front Party in the Consolidated States of Afrika have spoken in support of Mandelas movement and have called for the end of segregation in the CSA, lest we unleash a wave of turmoil comparable to that of those in the south.

UNREST GROWS IN INDONESIA. Jakarta, Nippon. Recent efforts by the Brotherhood of Islam has sparked increased violence in the cities of Indonesia, as several Nipponese police and other nationals have been executed brutally in city streets. Investigative efforts to stop the waves of violence have failed and the Brotherhood continues to grow in strength against the Nipponese police forces.
