The World Turned Upside Down II

@churchill, my apologies, you do have Nippon, simply missed your reservation.

All corporate and terrorist stats are complete, and all nations are at least 50% or more complete. We may actually be done in time for an early launch.

Cool, however, the prices seem kinda weird. A B-2 is about 2 billion dollars apiece, but the Stealth Wing costs 300 billion to build. Anyways, some of the prices seem to be too high.

CIVIL WAR TO EXPLODE IN THE AMERICAS? Havana, Union of Federated States. With a breakdown in negotiations between the governments of the Confederation of Latin States and the UFS, it seems that war is well on its way to beginning. Union officials refused to give up the coastal Fort York in Caracas harbor, and in late July, local forces initiated a surgical strike against the fort, and subsequently taking it from the Union defenders in a commando attack. President-elect Reagan has issued a call for volunteers to end the rebellion and restore order to the southern states. The newly elected Confederation president has stated that the new government will continue to protect their sovereignty and stand strong against the oppression of the north.
