Yes, Im thinking about creating a mod. For myself, not for you. But I have some questions. First, here is what I'm going to change.

1. Lethal Land Bombardment for: Artillery and Radar Artillery
2. Lethal Sea Bombardment for: Battleship and AEGIS Cruiser
3. Increased attack for all subs to 14 from 8. (Comparison: battleship ADM 18/12/?.
4. Cruiser missiles can be loaded on subs.
