This IS a Conservative C2C MP game Thunderbrd! :p

Sorry to take this long, college is getting harder as this is the last full month with classes before the end of the semester. Later today I'll do this turn and the Progressive one

Turn Taken! Koshling is up!

I will be truly fascinated to see how my progress compares when I encounter someone else finally!

I have lost out on two Wonders in the exact turn I would have built them in this game so far. Being last in turn order **does** make a difference it seems, at least early on! At least it means I have some money in the bank now.

Over to Joseph...

Yes! Yes it does.

Turn Done, Magnus is up

That's true, although for wonders it's only really serious in the early stage of the game. But this reminds me about a conversation I've read in Realms Beyond forums which showed a flaw on the Trade Route calculation process related to Player Order. I don't remember exactly how, but I'm willing to dig into this again. As far as I remember, because loops always start from Player 1, even if we're calculating Trade Routes for a city which belongs to Player 9, it seems Players prior in turn order would have a slight benefit in Trade Route spread then players later in the turn order.

Maybe this was already fixed in C2C, but I can't say before taking a look into the code again.

Turn taken! Koshling's a go. Interesting point, Spirictum. I wonder if it's even possible to completely eliminate a slight handicap given due to the nature of turn order. There may be other spots too that give some benefit to being later in the turn order, though I can't currently think of any.

It's kinda like White and Black players in chess.

The SVN still has TB's turn as current - did you forget to commit?

What? You mean it's not enough to just take my turn and let you know I finished it? This is just getting to be too complicated!

lol

Sorry I was juggling too much on my mind when I finished taking the turn apparently. It's on the SVN now though.
