Culture does seem the best, if we can't get Mansa to DOW us.
 
Sistine Mansa = blue Mansa which we just dragged in a war :)

Bad thing... he shall isn't going to declare on us if he is already fighting...

try to find a way! find a list of Diplomatic demerits and commit em all against Blue mansa! spy him to death! destroy their key resources with spies! rape his daughter, kill his little fish, crash his car and spit his flag!

And if that's not enough, culture-flip his sistine city with a flood of spies (I hope it's a border one, or else the flood shall be a bit bigger than I thought...)
 
Played until 1100AD, report just edited in.

Basically:
-Switched to OR+Slavery -> whipped buildings.
-a lot of trades for deficit research and techs
-more wars
-SM completes in 6 turns and then it's about 20 turns for Biology
-1924 :gold: left to research all that I think

I've split the report in 2 parts, with trades in one and what happened in the other.
Cities and some graphs follow in the next spoilers.

Cities focused on growth -> Sacrificial Altar -> Production (Jewish temple/monastery+Forge). I built some Jewish missionaries with Cow-misser once the HE was completed, a trireme in Yayoi and another workboat.

A forest has grown! I built roads on existing forests so that when SM comes in Forest Preserves may be built faster to have a better chance of growing a few more. Note that biology-powered irrigated grassland farms would do the same though.

Our 2nd-commerce city, I think Hermitage would be best here. Currently building a Jewish Synagogue.

Just not a great city... windmill/farm so that it can grow a bit and then turn it into a production city.

Our best commerce city, we could make this one our 3rd cultural instead of Cow-misser which would be our production city in that case (farm over cottages, keep mines, add workshops).

9 free specialists when the National Park comes in, maybe 2 more plus a good food surplus. We'll farm over the cottage for 1 more specialist. A library is in the queue, National Epic should be next. National Park afterwards. It still needs its hindu temple for a Mandir. Once all the above is done and we switch to Caste+Pacifism, GAs will start rolling in fast.

I might actually consider farming over the iron once we get Rifling. The western cities could really use the boost.

cancel Monasteries in queues without hammers invested since SM will obsolete them.
cities not going to be the 3 main culture ones should start going for hammers mainly (to produce gold etc.)

I stayed in Bureaucracy as it is still better for total science.
I put markers but don't road/improve the green tiles near Pig farm. We might just get 2 more spreads with Forest Preserves

While capturing Sistine would be nice, I'm pretty sure we can handle a culture run better than Blue Mansa as we're almost ready to turn the culture slider up. We'll also get a much better GP farm than whatever he's able to get. Also given the fact that he's at war will slow him down (and Yellow).

Constitution I would try to get in a trade as well as some more military techs (Military Science is out - Rifling would be best).

We can pillage the roads in the 2 tundra tiles to help with forest growth.

Keep making arrogant demands and he'll declare(hopefully), putting all EPs to Blue would still take a while to build up enough to start spy missions.

Apropos of religions, do we have any way to get more religions? We currently have 2, right. I don't know of any way to make them spread there religions to us, but it would make things easier.

Useless Temples has no religion as of now, if we're lucky we might get a spread of another religion there. Otherwise we have to hope one of them sends us a Missionary.

I suppose stealing it is in the cards, but we'll need a better espionage rate than the one we have right now for that to work. If we get Constitution, Jails everywhere would certainly be a big boost. Democracy and Communism also for Security Bureau and Intelligence Agency.

Actually we can pillage our own improvement, send a chariot over and pillage. Oh I think we can keep them busy.
 
We can pillage our own improvements but not our own roads, I just tried it. Unfortunately, the only improvement we can pillage there that doesn't have a road is a farm which with biology will be as good as a forest preserve so I don't see any gain from it.
 
I'll play in an hour, I'll do my best to be declared by blue mansa, tech aiming to biology? and prepare cities to support our cultural victory.

Did we already choose our three cities?
 
Blue won't DoW us as long as he's in a war...

My 3 proposed culture cities: Pig Farm, Lolco and Horice. The others can focus on hammers.

Tech: -> Biology, National Park+NE in Pig Farm, Hermitage somewhere. You do the math :p
