Your first sentence could be more specific, yes. But they seemed fairly complete to me.

Sunday is my target date. I'm working on it now, of course. Though a certain two powers do really need to send orders.

EDIT: Ok, as it is officially now Saturday in Neuw Angleland, I am NPCing Andalusia and Byzantium. Which is a real shame, because their nations are quite important to the update.

If I happen to see the orders in my PM box tomorrow morning, I'll allow them to be counted, but I won't be able to do this again. It's not because I'm a cruel taskmaster, but because I won't finish the update in time if I don't get the orders today.

EDIT2: I did the spotlight first. This is going to be quite a violent first update, as first updates go.

lurker's comment: First updates, especially in pre-modern NESes, tend to be violent and explosive really (though the exact scale of violence varies). That's why the timeline says what it says for the 16th century.
