First off boy did this come back to me fast I thought on Wednesday, when I did the report, that I would not have to worry about this SG until the weekend

. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Please do not misunderstand me, I think it is great that everyone seems to be able to play when it their turn. I am just annoyed with myself that I seem to be the slow poke of the group.
Alright I have played 10 turns I have built some Tanks and Infantry for a future assault on someone. We have a Great Scientist (Paris & can get Fission) and a Great General (Timbuktu), I did not know what do with them so I left them alone

. Also we have two settlers (see pictures at the end), at the beginning of my turn set our economy did not look good enough to support more cities so I left them alone (also because I did not notice them until later). Since there were not really any discussion on where to build Wall Street, Ironworks or anything else I left those things alone. Another reason why I did not build them was because I did not think I would able to pick an appropriate city for either. I did build some factories. Another thing, should we bother with 3 Gorges Dam? I think we should because I would like to use Japan as the Space Ship builder (as Tratan suggested) and us as the dominator (I would like to have some fun too). A production boost across the board for us may be useful.

I gave them the same welcome as I gave the Romans. There was a Galleon with the Frigate so I am hoping that there were more losses then reported. Also I sank a Roman Frigate near Rome.

I asked Tokugawa to study Radio, for Bombers. Also I asked for more gold per turn to help our economy. I may have abused this, see pictures:
Good news; we can now tech at 100% and still make money. Bad news; Japan can no longer do as well. If I have erred on this please let me know. This is the first time I have been in a Permanent Alliance and as such I may have gone too far.

Troop build up, Great Scientist and Great General:
Basically I think we are in good shape to develop a decent army for capturing/razing anyone. We should pick a target and go to work. I vote for the Romans first because they are closer to our more developed cities. Thus getting troops over there should be easy. Once we get airports built we can go after anyone we choose.
