While expecting Xenu is microscopically less crazy than expecting the Rapture, most people don't build bunkers for that. Still, a bunker can have other uses.

Don't forget other doomsday scenarios such as the "Cuban Missile Crisis" when many people build bomb shelters in fear of Nuclear Attack by Communist Nations.;)

It never ends and I am afraid that as long as people live in fear, there will always be more blind-devotion of false truths.:lol:

I don't believe in the Rapture, and made no attempt to defend a belief in it. Really. Just click on the red and yellow arrows to review the proper context of my post. How, exactly, did I make an argument from popularity?

I don't believe the article from the opening post. Especially important are these parts:

Scientologists don't acknowledge that Xenu is part of their religion. Ask a Scientologist about Xenu, and he'll tell you it's a lie. Tell you what. Next time I meet a Scientologist, I'll ask him.

Also, according to Scientology, Xenu is already dead, as another poster in this thread has pointed out.

The source of the information is "a source". So somebody just made it up.

Xenu is a big part of Scientology beliefs - He's the guy who trapped all those alien souls in the volcanos on Earth - the source of the thetans that now plague or bodies.

Without Xenu, this story wouldn't make sense.

You're assuming that Scientologists actually publically acknowledge that they believe all of these things, and as far as I have seen, they don't publically acknowledge any of that.

If it matters, I just went to www.scientology.com and searched for Xenu. It returned 0 results.

There are things that Scientologists believe that are announced publically, and things that are kept private. The Xenu story is also something that is only told to Scientologists after they have reached a certain point in Scientology.
 
Here, in Mozambique, you can feed 27400 persons during 1 year with this kind of money.
If he buys food/water for refugees, it goes up to 35000 people that can be SAVED for a full year.

Tell me now: what kind of respect can you have for sellfish people like this?...
