@Bigdog: I'm pretty sure there are some lizards similar to that in there... I think I saw some; they might be a bit different though. There were some like this:

The units which hold weapons (and there are many of those) will have to wait until I can figure out how to add the weapon. I can get it into 3ds fine... but attaching it to the unit without messing up the animation has proved beyond me. I have done so before with no problem with an Oblivion unit, but it is not working with these. I'll have to go blog a bit in some forums to figure it out.

bigdog5994 did you know a Salamander unit already exists in the WH Mod? I haven't seen it but I know it's in there.

Tom once you have completely figured out the weapons issue it would be awesome if you could make different versions of units holding different weapons. Might be too much work of though.

That woman with the bow looks like it will be an awesome unit! There is definitely a need for more female fantasy units!

After seeing the results in game of the above unit, I can see that the light intensity on the units need to be increased to create more contrast, as well as to create more distinct shadows on the unit. And 3ds Anti-Alias will be vastly scaled down again, these all look not crisp enough.

Compared side-by-side to the Firaxsis warrior, a distinct difference can be seen. Although it looks good, I am not satisfied by any means... Hopefully I can get the right balance on these soon.
 
The Dark Dancer is a Cool Looking Unit.
In many ways it is more difficult to convert a unit to be as wanted for a different game than it is to make a Unit from the beginning so I respect your Efforts to perfect the conversions Tom :goodjob:
 
Okay, I finally think I have them looking as I want them... and more like they should look with all the other units. The bluriness was caused by several things pre-selected in 3ds Max (and with the hundreds of thousands of little check-boxes all over the place in that damn program, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack).

The unit is brightened more, and not so dismal like some of the others (I may even redo some of them). And I finally figured out some of the strange problems with importing KF animation files into photoshop, which was distorting some of the animations.

I think it looks better, is much more crisp, colors stand out more, civ colors do as well. I am aware of the little pause in the unit also :)

I will be doing a few Harpies. Some of the changes I needed to make have made rendering an annoyingly time-consuming thing, since no plug-in has been found (that is free) that allows you to automatically change the angle to render from. So I have to do it manually. I did find one, but it encounters errors (probably made for earlier versions). I may have to break down and spit out some cold-hard cash simply so I don't have a mental breakdown.
