Any age is a good age to play Civilization 1-200.
I love civilization and I'll keep playing until I become to old to use my hands or see the screen.

Oh well i am 12 myself..
15 here, wow you really get impressed of the geezers playing civ3! But thats cool, its just surprising since we always think of older people of not knowing that a computer is. Its all good, I'll probaly be playing civ3 through an iv drip when im 90.

I'm 62 and started with civ1. Sometime back, forget just when. Must be my advanced age.
I like first person shooter games but get bored after a while and always come back to civ for a the challenge and mental exercise.
That's very important for us old folk.

I'm 18 (19 at 26th this month) and I've played civ quite long. I was hooked in 1992(when we finally got civ1) and I had just learnt to read my own language. I had to go ask my dad "what should I reseach to get armors? I want armors!" (My dad is professor at university, and I just bothered their meetings. None of his colleagues got angry, because they were also hooked. They used to help me a lot, and everybody knew that little 7 year old kid playing civ at university)

Wildfire, I voted the bracket higher because I knew in a few months back when I voted, I'd be in that bracket. Since we're only a month and a few days apart, you shoulda done the same

Im 12 years old
I played Civ1 briefly at my cousins' house when I was like 10 and absolutely loved it. When Civ2 came out I bought it immediately. Now I'm a 21 year-old college student majoring in history and play Civ3 regularly. But now I don't feel nearly as bad about playing after seeing how old most of you guys are. After all, I fit in the most popular age group.
